We’re looking for a 25-30 hr/week catering and sales event coordinator who loves planning special events. You’ll work directly with clients, chefs, cooks, servers, and administrative staff, along with other food service vendors to ensure the logistics of each catering event run smoothly.

West Indies Soul Food is looking for a Part-time Server who will be responsible for following up with food orders from curbside, catering, food truck, and or MN State Fair customers. Duties will mostly include dishing up food orders that come in through a digital platform or walk-ups to the food truck, taking food and drink orders when needed, and ensuring that customers are served properly and that all payments are collected.

West Indies Soul Food is looking for an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This position requires a versatile individual who has experience in customer service, Microsoft Suite applications, social media posting, and calendar management.

We are looking for someone who is supremely organized, efficient, and who is a great team player while also being able to work on and complete tasks independently.

This is a role that will be crucial to the CEO, team members, consultants, and customers.
